Which currency are prices in?+
All prices and charges on this site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply a conversion if your card is in another currency.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and shipped with tracked delivery within the United States, typically arriving in 3–7 business days depending on destination.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes. U.S. orders over $55 ship free. Orders below that are charged a flat $6.50.
What is your return policy?+
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See the Returns & Refunds page for full details and exclusions.
How are payments processed?+
Payments are handled by established processors (Stripe for cards and PayPal). Card details are entered on the processor's secure page and are never stored on our servers.
Do you ship internationally?+
At this time we ship within the United States. For international enquiries, email support@jturnerplumb.shop and we will advise on a case-by-case basis.
Can I order in bulk?+
Yes. Studios, schools, properties, hospitality and resellers can request volume pricing on the Bulk & Studio Orders page.
Are your products branded or licensed?+
No. Everything we sell is our own neutral, unbranded design. We do not use third-party characters, logos, team marks or copyrighted artwork.
