Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with any seals intact.

How to start a return

• Email support@jturnerplumb.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
• We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Pack items securely and include any original inserts.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions, as this may delay processing.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item, we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order. Contact us if you need help.

Exclusions

For hygiene and practical reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Items that have been used, marked, or removed from sealed packaging.
• Paper goods, tape and adhesive products that have been opened or partly used.
• Bulk or custom-quoted orders, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact support@jturnerplumb.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under applicable United States federal and FL state consumer protection law.
